Gadsden, AL – Goodyear
Hooper here, So this might not be exciting for some, but it is fascinating to me! We are at Goodyear in Gadsden, AL. These photos are of a couple of the buildings on the property. They were built in the 1920’s. In the first photo, back during World War II, they installed thousands of sewing machines and had women sewing Goodyear rubber soled boots for the soldiers! Love me some history!!
